Reporting bugs upstream

Just think how many bugs I wont have to waste time looking at if even
a small handful of testers and end users read what I said and consider
my viewpoint about it to be sensible enough to cause them to start
reporting their issues directly upstream more often.  The amount of
time that saves me from having to wade through hundreds of bugs, will
return to me a lot more time to actually spend on some of the ones
that are currently in bugzilla.
