If a package is frequently updated the md5sums in the rpm probably
stay the same (i.e. the config files in the rpms stay the same).
In that case rpm doesn't create .rpm{new,orig) files as well, even
if the user changed the config file in the system.
(And, of course, the system config files stays unchanged.)
