Indeed it is.  syslinux build was speshul.  It had make errors while building, 
but the rpmbuild continued, produced no packages and Exit 0'd.  So the build 
system seeing an exit 0 thought all was dandy and happily tagged that 'build' 
for FC6 even though there are no packages.

We're fixing the various issues (:
