BZ #198121, #197145: Re-add dropped linux-2.6-drm-cripple-r300.patch to v2.6.17

I'm running FC5 right now with this patch re-added, and it solves BZ 
#197145 "Kernel 2.6.17-1.2139_FC5 freezes System completely".  I 
looked at the rawhide kernel-2.6.17-1.2445.fc6 and noticed that the 
patch is missing there too, so I'd like to bring this to the attention 
of the developers so that the issue is fixed in devel/FC6 as well.
