Moving ImageMagick to Extras?

Jos,

The reason for me to suggest the move of ImageMagick to extras is so
that it can get some extra love and attention. What would you rather
have a _really_ good ImageMagick in extras or a good one in Core?
The divide between Extras and Core is blurring, I believe you should
think more along the lines of Community supported versus RH supported,
now ideally something could be both Community and RH supported, but
unfortunately that isn't possible ATM.
