Brazilian ABNT-2 Keyboard wrong with the last update

Hello,

Brazilian ABNT-2 Keyboard got messed in the last fedora update. 
Particularly quotation mark-stroke key got dead (so there are no ways to 
write pathnames). Number pad became really the number-pad (no home, 
arrows or other functions). Combination of control+alt+function-key 
don't switch to console ...
