other annoyances before fc5

[Nicolas Mailhot]

The worst annoyance right now is the gnome panel not being closed on
logout, as a result gnome-session refuses to create a panel on login.

I don't know if a non-technical user will be able to cope with this,
unless he reboots on each logout.
