Sendmail won't send mails

Some providers require that host name to specified in square brackets.
(Bellsouth.net is an example.)

Sendmail will look up the MX for that host and relay to *that* MX host,
if the host name is not inside square brackets.  If the MX isn't the
host that they want you to relay through, the mail will be rejected, if
the recipient is outside the ISP.
