cmake-2.4.6-3 - cmake macros and shared library permissions

cmake-2.4.6-3.fc7 has just been built.  It includes rpm macros for cmake 
and fixes the issue with shared libraries not having the execute bit set 
when installed.  See http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/PackagingDrafts/cmake 
for more information.

Please give it a try with your cmake built packages.  If no problems are 
found, I'll push versions for fc5 and fc6.
