Kernel panicking at Ndiswrapper?

There should be.  It's an Atheros chipset, and it's supposed to be supported 
by Madwifi, but the hardware itself doesn't show up in the ifconfig or 
iwconfig lists, even when the drivers are installed and loaded.  So I can't 
get the drivers to talk to it.
