Submitting packages for review

Hi,

Shows how long I've been out of the loop here!

I've uploaded mono-addins to http://pfj.fedorapeople.org, but there is
now nothing on bugzilla and nothing I can spot on the wiki for
submitting packages for review.

How do I do it?
