You can't branch new packages to FC3 and FC4 (nor anything older,
obviously), but you can still commit things to existing old branches
if you like.  (There's still one package that I keep updated because I
still need it on FC3 and it's easier to maintain everything together.)
And of course since there's no buildsys for FC3 and FC4.
