Creating a jackuser group

The pulseaudio package also creates a special group pulse-rt and allows
only users in that group to run with realtime scheduling.  I'm not very 
happy about that setup, since we want to make pulseaudio the default
sound daemon. Can we at least avoid having each audio application create
its own private group for realtime privileges ?
