Please make sure every Fedora list follow the same pattern. It makes
procmail/filter recipes that much easier to write/maintain.

That includes Return-Path, List-Id, X-loop, X-BeenThere… headers

Do not hesitate to rename old lists if needed – if we do a reorg let's
not do it half-way.
