Only laptop keyboards. If you read the
http://people.freedesktop.org/~hughsient/quirk/quirk-keymap-intro.html
page then you'll see it only should be used for laptop keyboards.

Try with the latest hal-info - I've been adding quirks like there is no
tomorrow all day today :-)
