RUM -> OPYUM

[Debarshi 'Rishi' Ray]

Due to a naming conflict with Red Carpet User tool interface to YUM
(http://code.google.com/p/rum/), I have decided to rename the Fedora
Offline Package Manager
(http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/DebarshiRay/rum) to Opyum.

Opyum (pronounced 'opium') stands for Offline Package manager using YUM.

'Opium' itself can not be used since it is the name of another package
management system: http://media.linspire.com/opium.pdf but no package
for it is available in Fedora or Debian.

If some one has any issues with new name, please let me know.
