buid system for FC5-FC6 bocken?

Hello,
at now it is impossible to build packages.
Are jobs freeze and will be killed after 30 minutes.
At the log files you can see this:

Waiting for repository to unlock before starting the build...
Job waited too long for repo to unlock. Killing it...
