No.

This is just the same as this:
> +%{_bindir}/python
> +%{_bindir}/python2
> +%{_bindir}/python%{pybasever}
> +%{_bindir}/python-config
> +%{_bindir}/python%{pybassever}-config

because RPMs are installed to a buildroot and only files in that buildroot are 
packaged, not any files with matching names which happen to be on the system.
