Are you sure about this? IANAL, but in Germany (maybe it is EU law) one has to
include this kind of information[1] in (some)[2] business letters (including
e-mail)[3]. And normally including it in the header is at least a grey
zone[4] and still can cause a lot of trouble to a company, because
of "warning letters" with a demand to give a "declaration of discontinuance
with a penalty clause" (in German: Abmahnung mit strafbewerter
Unterlassungserklärung) that can be written by any competitor and cost the
receiving company money.

[1] Including the full list of directors.
[2] Maybe it is not needed in a mail to a mailing list, but who really knows
these days.
[3] And maybe even short messages (sms) (messages sent from mobile phones that
are normally restricted to 160 characters).
[4] Because it is not assurred that the headers are displayed in every e-mail
client. Otherwise the Organization-Header may be sufficient, which seems to
be also used by some UK RedHat employees.
