Update form F7 to F8 freeze at 26%

Argh.  /me removed OpenOffice, java-gcj, compat-*, and a bunch of
*-devel (mostly those with no .fc7 in the release tag).

I also ran
package-cleanup --orphans
and removed those (after doing a yum update to the latest F-7 stuff).

I did not remove livna stuff, FWIW...
