Bootup speed for F8

So, that seven seconds could be two things:

1) bootchart weirdness (as it's from when bootchart starts)
2) hotplug issues with a driver in the initrd not initializing right

Beyond that, the two big gaps I see are when X starts - we're working
on helping fix this.
