pkgs with archivesize 0 : rebuild needed?

Due to this bug in Rawhide RPM, the powerpc builders have created source,
noarch and binary rpms with an archivesize=0 value. That's a value that is
also copied to the repository metadata.

Number of affected packages (src.rpm %name count!):

  src: 1019
  i686 (noarch): 50
  x86_64 (noarch): 50
  ppc: 1019
  ppc64: 992

Total (sort|uniq): 1020

The full list of src.rpm package %{name}s is attached in case a rebuild of
those packages is needed.
