use fcron as default scheduler in Fedora?

fcron has additionally 
 vim-minimal  
But I think that this is also a cronie dep that is missing (I think
/usr/bin/crontab defaults to use it).

fcron also uses /usr/bin/setsid. I don't think this is annoying, and to
avoid it trivial C code could be used.

What exactly do you mean here? Are you referring to an audit done by
some specific people, or using some methodology? Or a security audit in
a vague sense?
