arial narrow is broken since Fedora 8

I think that the issue here is that legacy font families are not ready
to be merged yet. Nicolas wrote:

This bug was opened in November 2008, yet the erroneous merging of Arial
and Arial Narrow is in place since Fedora 8 was released. I have to
agree with Kevin here, that while the legacy fonts should be merged with
some help of additional quirks, it would be nicer if they just were
exposed as separate families until the merged variant works properly
(correct me if I'm wrong, but judging from the bug report they are not
expected to be merged yet).
