The looming Python 3(000) monster

I would have thought we'd want to wait for a number of point releases
before putting it in anyway. Invariably there will be issues with a 0
release and you'd want to wait a couple of months for things to bed
down. With 2.6 being a release to allow easier migration to 3 I would
have thought its the perfect candidate for F-11 and by the time its
out there will be a much better picture of how we'd stand for v3.
