Making updates-testing more useful

bodhi --help on F10 reports this:
|  -T, --testable        Display a list of installed updates that you could
|                        test and provide feedback for

Here it requires all the fedora certificates to work. On the machine I have 
this setup, I currently have no testing updates, which it correctly reports.
