Fedora, meet OLPC. OLPC, meet Fedora.

There are plenty of developers working on non-OLPC things too that don't
want to waste time copying and pasting things from the wiki, creating a hand
summarization of the upstream website that gets stale, etc. to "package"
something. We should look at every single step that creating a software
package with a standard build system (autotools or whatever) requires beyond
the upstream URL.

For example, one of the OLPC packages there has a hand-rolled Makefile to
sed specfiles:
http://dev.laptop.org/git?p=projects/olpc-netutils;a=blob;f=Makefile.fedora;h=eb672a90e47ee7ed520b7431037ab7d502599be2;hb=master
