Request for ownership: zile maintainer not responding

I know you have said that, but fact remains that the review was
submitted before you said something. So according to [1] the review
was part of the existing process, nothing new is being invented here,
and it is definitely not immaterial enough for someone to close it as
CLOSED_NOTABUG.
