KDE4 icons problems

  I suspect that the problem is related to some missing icons in every kde 
applications in kde4.

  Take kate as an example, in the File menu Reload, Close and Quit icons are 
missing.

  The close icon is funnier because on hover it shows the icon on the toolbar, 
but only then...
