rawhide report: 20080318 changes

It looks like none of my package updates get changelog entries automatically 
included in Rawhide reports or Bodhi updates [0].  Any ideas why?  UTF-8 in 
my last name?

[0] If you go check things out in Bodhi, don't be fooled if some of them do - 
most likely I've manually copy-pasted stuff into those ones.
