Unable to build update packages

I'm getting the following error when attempting to rebuild packages for fedora.

[cfeist at gold F-8]$ make build
<type 'exceptions.StandardError'>: /home/msp/cfeist/.fedora-server-ca.cert does 
not exist or is not readable
make: *** [koji] Error 1
[cfeist at gold F-8]$


I've run the /usr/bin/fedora-packager-setup.sh command, but it doesn't download 
the 2 .certs that I need because they don't exist.  And I'm guessing that's why 
I'm getting the error I get when I try to build.  Can anyone post those 2 certs, 
or at least point me to where they are?
