No.

Since we only have one kernel, no.

This might be possible.  It really depends on how quickly btrfs gets
put into mainline.  If it's there, it will probably be enabled as
a module at least.  I would doubt that anaconda would do an install
with btrfs as the root filesystem, but who knows.
