there is either something wrong with that file. or there is a bug in rpm that 
cant deal with it.

Its not a buildsystem issue.  the builds that failed x86_64 and i386  did not 
have anything touching a ppc machine  the srpm was build on a x86_64 machine.

the ppc builds got cancelled as they were still running.
