For what it's worth, system-config-lvm is at least in violation of
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging/SourceURL and should not have
passed its merge review as-is.  The merge review ticket is
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=226462
