Absolutely right.  Usage of the 32-bit server has jumped over the last
few months, but we're still in use by far less than 1000 people, and
we'll hit our bandwidth limits in the foreseeable future.

I know we really do need to test this.  The reason we weren't able to
test alpha->beta is that deltarpm needed some changes before it would be
able generate deltarpms for the new rpm format.  That was done just
after beta.

Is there any way that we can generate the deltarpms to test this for
beta->preview?
