Currently I cannot come up with better solution, however replacing
local libtool created by configure with system-wide (/usr/bin/)libtool
seems to work.

srpm I used is put under:
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/scratch/mtasaka/task_1302019/
koji task:
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=1302019

Note:
Please use 1%{?dist}.1 or so for release number to keep EVR order
between F-11 <-> F-10 if you don't want to bump release number
on F-11 for now.
