[PATCH 3/3] dracut has initrd-generic-<version> instead of initrd-<version> (#519185)

Is the plan to basically migrate to entirely pre-built "generic"
"initrd" initramfs pre-built image files then? Will we even be
generating the kernel specific stuff in the future?
