Didn't "Vote early, vote often" originate in Chicago?  Wait a second,
our Infrastructure team lead's in Chicago.... ;-)

Just a simple human error of using "4" instead of "7".  I've sent a
GPG-signed correction as followup.  Thanks to all who caught the error
