Texlive schemes?

This is upstream bug in kpathsea and the repo is now updated with the
fixed kpathsea.

It is now fixed. Please do the following:

rpm -qa | grep texlive-kpathsea | xargs rpm -e --noscripts --nodeps

followed by yum update and you should get working TeX Live environment
back again.
