eclipse-phpeclipse maintainer

I'm sorry if this is the wrong purpose for this list, but I have a
question for the maintainer of the eclipse-phpeclipse package for
Fedora, and I do not know how to get their contact information.  Could
someone either inform me how I could do this or could the maintainer
