Heh.

2.6.27 wasn't that great either. The very last 2.6.27 release, the 2.6.27.12 
build, was the first 2.6.27-series kernel that one of my servers could run, 
under load, without croaking. I still don't trust it, and I'll continue to 
bang at it. Until 2.6.27.12, I was forced to stay on 2.6.26, if I wanted to 
keep the server up.
