Packages looking for a new maintainer: bugzilla and squidGuard

The current maintainer of these packages has no time for fedora. 

Would anyone (or even better, any groups of people) care to take over
bugzilla and squidGuard?

bugzilla has a number of outstanding bugs and a major version update
pending.
