make build will fail

And are these symlinks which point to the new certs as created
by fedora-packager-setup? 

  -> ~/.fedora-upload-ca.cert
  -> ~/.fedora-server-ca.cert
  -> ~/.fedora.cert

If not, create links or copy the new cert files.
