Heads-Up: rb_libtorrent 0.14.1 Bump (API/ABI changes from 0.13.x, Python egg-info data renamed)

Hi, all. 

I just pushed a bump of rb_libtorrent-0.14.1 to Rawhide, which should
hit tomorrow's compose. 

This update contains many API changes and updates as well as a soname
change (libtorrent-rasterbar.so.0 --> libtorrent-rasterbar.so.1).

According to repoquery, the only package that depends on rb_libtorrent
is linkage, which requires significant changes to build properly against
this new version. I have filed bug #478924 [1] with the beginnings of a
patch for it, but it still requires a lot of TLC in terms of the code
logic that I cannot fix, since I am not familiar with the details of its
codebase.

The name of the egg-info data has also been changed from 'libtorrent' to
'python-libtorrent'.
