Lua module packages are not multi-lib, how to do?

What packages are selected as multilib is determined by:
http://git.fedorahosted.org/git/?p=mash;a=blob_plain;f=mash/multilib.py;hb=HEAD
Fedora uses the 'devel' method (which also does all the checks in the
'runtime' method.)
