New btrfs-progs package in rawhide

Hello,

Sorry, I promise to not send an email everytime there is an update,
this is just particularly important.  If you are using an -rc2 or
later kernel (which is currently whats in rawhide) you must use the
btrfs-progs-0.18 package if you want to use btrfsctl, so doing
snapshots or anything like that.  You can still format/mount etc with
the old btrfs-progs, its just there was a change to the ioctl's so any
of the on the fly stuff won't work.  Thanks,
