Well, if it's something like "please update Summary/Description/URL", then
really nobody cares when it gets fixed in a release, so it can be closed as
RAWHIDE and I don't see why we would bother tracking when if ever it gets
fixed in existing releases. But if it's a real issue, I don't see why it
shouldn't get fixed in releases ASAP.
