But these requirements are certainly not the same for every customer.

One desktop customer running RHEL5 already complains about the version
of OpenOffice.  For that reason (and some others) we are thinking of
migrating their desktops (not their server) to F11.

And using OpenOffice (and requiring maximal MS-Office compatibility
for communicating with the evil world) can't be seen as an exotic
requirement for a desktop, IMHO...
