koji buildroot inconsistencies? chain-build does not fix...

Randomly chosen 45 minutes or did it just take 45 minutes for the
newrepo tasks to include the new cld?

$ koji wait-repo --target dist-f12 --build cld-0.2-0.3.gc5b5f962.fc12
Successfully waited 0:02 for cld-0.2-0.3.gc5b5f962.fc12 to appear in the dist-f12-build repo

And since koji says the new cld is in the buildroot, if you
resubmit your "chunkd" job now, it still fails?
