The problem is that those subsets are not a coverage of the entire
repository: they are neither disjunct nor does their union cover the entire
set. Or in less mathematical terms: 1. those categories overlap and 2. they
are not exhaustive, i.e. there are packages which do not fall into any of
those categories.
